That’s why Gameday Studios splits profits between the entire team, ensuring that fans can make a direct impact on the lives of all players. With only roughly 2% of NCAA athletes going pro in their respective sports, most athletes only have a short period of time to capitalize on their likeness. Gameday Studios is here to help all athletes benefit from the unique opportunity that the new NCAA rules regarding name, image, and likeness have given them.
WEBSITE USE
By submitting content to this website, you agree not to forge headers or otherwise change identifiers in order to hide the true origin of any content submitted to this website. As used in this agreement, content includes any images, photos, and proofs submitted for processing, printing or other image production. It is prohibited to transmit by any method content that contains programs, software viruses, computer code, or any other files designed to destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or gather data, interrupt service or limit functionality of this website or any networks or computers connected to this website.

Candid Color Systems, Inc. (“CCS”) and our respective affiliates including, but not limited to Gameday Studios, is committed to keeping your personal information confidential.
When you place an order with CCS, dba “Gameday Studios”, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, email address, and IP address. CCS and our affiliates use this information to fill your order, to communicate with you about your order, and to aid us in troubleshooting any problems that may develop. CCS and our affiliates may also use this information to tell you about new products and services. CCS operates with a network of product resellers & photographers across the nation. Your name, address, telephone number, payment method and order detail may be forwarded to an affiliate. Only the last four digits of your credit card number are shared with us by the payment processor and this payment information is not shared.
Resellers have their own privacy and data collection practices. CCS has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. CCS does not currently rent, sell or exchange email addresses to those who are not an affiliated business, but CCS may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
In addition to the information we collect directly from you, CCS also monitors general site use and traffic patterns to improve our website, customer service and the products offered. CCS uses cookies to improve your shopping experience, but we do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie. When you submit content to this website, including images produced by professional photographers and those that may be found in books, magazines, websites or other media, you are representing to Gameday Studios that you have all necessary legal rights to the submitted content. If you submit any images produced by a professional photographer, you must include a written consent signed by the professional photographer with your submission.
Additionally, you agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that do you not have a right to make available under any law or under fiduciary or confidential relationship, including proprietary and confidential information and any other content that infringes any trademark, trade secret or patent. You agree to indemnify Gameday Studios from any liability resulting from your failure to comply with any of the terms in this section.
