SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are typically produced in 72 business hours or less. Standard shipping via USPS can take 2-7 days.
Orders placed using expedited 2 Day service will be produced in 48 business hours and arrive via Fed Ex via a 2-day service once production is complete.
Need it faster?! Our rush service will produce your order in 24 business hours and send it your way via FedEx overnight service for delivery Monday-Friday. (not available for PO boxes or in some rural areas)
If an upgraded shipping option is not available in your area we will credit your original payment method for that service.
Shipping outside of the continental United States not available at this time.
RETURN, REPLACE & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you believe your photo product to have a manufacturing defect we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
Please send a description of the issue accompanied by a picture to email@example.com with the subject line “REFUND/REPLACEMENT” and include your order number, order name, contact name & phone number.
Please also include if you would like a refund or a replacement of your item(s).
If you are requesting a refund it will only be made to original payment method.
If you are requesting a replacement then we will ship to the original address on your order unless you request otherwise in your email.
Due to the very custom and personal nature of our products we cannot accept exchanges or refund requests for artistic reasons.
However, if you decide that you do not prefer the art, design or picture selected for your original purchase….we want you to be happy! So we will provide 50% off a replacement alternative (not to exceed the amount of original purchase).
